Leon Blake, CEO

Leon’s journey started as a young boy who migrated from sunny Jamaica to the cold Massachusetts weather. Without much personal wealth, but an abundance in core values and unforgettable teachings from his grandmother, Leon never lost sight of who he is. This became a catalyst throughout his career and life. After graduating from the High School of Commerce in Springfield, he then received a bachelor’s degree in business from Bryant University and has studied abroad in London at Westminster University. Leon is happily married with a son. Leon wears many hats, including junior deacon, community volunteer, old-home restorer, and avid sports fan.

After enjoying a long and rewarding career at an internationally-known insurance company, Leon tapped into his entrepreneurial skills and formed LBH Insurance Inc. Now, as a independent agency, Leon is excited to be able to fully assist, and cater to all of his customer’s insurance needs.

Darcie Lassalle, Office Manager

Darcie was raised in Ludlow, MA, with her parents and her two older sisters. She attended Ludlow High School where she was a well-rounded athlete. After college with an earned associate’s degree, she started a career in the insurance industry. She excelled in this role, receiving many accolades and much recognition. During her off time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, family, and friends. As a typical New Englander, she enjoys the beautiful beaches, sporting events, and traveling.

After eight years of working for a Fortune 100 company, Darcie joined LBH Insurance, Inc. as an office manager. She brings her many talents, including a strong customer service background, sales, and product knowledge. With her current position, Darcie is now able to use these many skill sets in providing unparalleled service to all of her customers.
